Our aim is to work in partnership with our clients to deliver service improvements, reduced call volumes and ongoing costs. Without providing this quality service we do not expect to be able retain our clients business.
All of our contracted clients have a 24/7 365 day service call insurance with a 4 hour emergency response commitment. All of the engineers vans have trackers fitted so as to ensure the optimum response time is achieved and all the vans are fully stocked with spare parts to ensure a first time fix rate in excess of 90%.
Based on the type and system of your air conditioning and refrigeration we will propose a preventative maintenance programme to make sure your air conditioning and refrigeration keeps performing and operating at the correct temperatures and with the optimum efficiency.
All of our maintenance programmes are scheduled in advance and tracked to ensure compliance with the agreed specifications and our clients receive instantaneous copies of the maintenance and repair checks completed via our electronic communications.
